I am Rekhasuresh, presently a retired employee of Canara bank, Bangalore. i retired from service in 2019 & my staff number is 45486. I am going for Om Parva & Adikailash tour & at the end of the tour I would like to relax for a day on 17th night at Nainital guest house before returning home. I have contacted the phone number given in Canara bank holiday home Web site. Even after repeated calls there is no response. We have contacted canara bank nominated Shalimar hotels, they have responded but couldn’t get contact details to book holiday home.
Since all our efforts failed, we sent request message on email given on your email referred address in the holiday home list. We received immediate email response stating contact CSIS portal. After checking in csis portal status indicated as not available.
Sir, this is our genuine request for one night allotment on 17/05 for relaxation. As we both are Sr.citizens, I request your good office to consider our case and allot a room for 17th night.
