The Jammu & Kashmir Bank, schools, and government offices in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir will observe the holidays listed in Annexure A and B for the calendar year 2023, as per Government Order No. 1596-JK(GAD) of 2022, dated 30.12.2022, under the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881. This order applies to all government offices and educational institutions in the region.
